The Business & Finance Division assists the president in formulating and administering the budget and business functions of the College.

The Business & Finance Division is responsible for planning, developing, organizing, implementing and managing the financial services and the physical facilities functions of the College.

  • Financial Services include investment of college funds, contracts, Payroll, Grant Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cashiers, Purchasing, budgets and financial statements.
  • Physical Facilities include the Physical Plant, Grounds, Motor Pool, Mail Services, Capital Building Projects, and Safety and Security.

Our Mission

The mission of the Business and Finance Division is to ensure the proper management and reporting of all fiscal resources, the management of the physical infrastructure and to provide a safe and secure learning and working environment for students and employees of the college.
