Requesting Service

For all facilities and maintenance service requests, please contact the Facilities Maintenance Department using one of the following methods:

  • Email: Send a detailed description of the issue, including campus, building, room number, and any relevant photos, to the appropriate staff member or to the department’s shared email facilities@nscc.edu.
  • Phone: Call the Facilities Maintenance office or designated campus contact during normal business hours. Provide your name, department, contact information, campus, building, room number, and a brief description of the problem so it can be logged and prioritized.
  • Microsoft Teams Chat: Use Microsoft Teams to message the Facilities Maintenance Department or your campus contact, including location, issue description, and urgency. Teams chat may also be used for quick questions or to follow up on existing requests.
  • If your campus uses online maintenance or work-order forms, please use those tools when available so requests can be tracked and managed efficiently.
